Hear C♭ in context
The flat fifth removes the stable perfect-fifth sound. Start with the half-diminished arpeggio before adding the other scale notes.

A mistake to avoid
The flat second can be a strong clash. Avoid treating every note as an equally settled landing point.
Slow the player to 60 bpm. Record one short phrase and check whether its ending sounds deliberate. Increase the tempo only when you can repeat it without losing the pulse.
